Password Rule

For your protection, the following password/account rules are enforced on CRCRoyalty:

• Passwords must contain at least seven characters
• Passwords must contain at least one number and one special character (special character examples: @, #, $, %, &, etc.)  
• Passwords will expire after 90 days.  Upon your next log in, you will be prompted to change your password
• If you log in incorrectly five consecutive times, your account will be locked and you will need to email us at crc@ownerrelationssupport.com to reactivate your account.
